TROUBLE ON THE HOLY DAY

Ketupat I always consider myself as patient person infact too patient and most of my friends have the same comment, but in the matter of presence of something or someone when I’m needing them I Am very very demanding and I hate to wait in vain on their waiting list.

Ramadhan ended,Idul Fitri came. The day when all moslems feel grateful and celebrate our  winning after a month of retained hunger, thirst and lust from pre dawn till dusk,my Idul Fitri had to be stained with Telecomunication Problem. Started from 10 PM November 2 till 3 PM November 4, my cellphone got jammed. While sms’ came from friends to greet me I couldn’t reply them or to call back to wish the same or say thanks and I couldn’t call them from my house phone ‘coz most of them are new or ’special’ friends.

So, I called IM3’s costumer service, after minutes of reaching their extremely busy line the answer was that they are having Network Traffic Problems due to the Idul Fitri and They said that I have be patient for some time unpredictable. I got pissed!

Halooo..!Doest it have to be our problem when something like that happened? Does " This provider will experience technical problem during busy times" written on the starter pack? Shouldn’t they smart enough to predict that this kind of problems will occure like the past years? ‘Coz costumers won’t care even we’re having stone rain.

Then I conclude; got to change provider…. .
