The Click
Just watched The Click’s DVD last Nite. A regular Adam Sandler’s kind of movie;funny,naugty and nasty,the last but not least; a happy ending. It’s about a father who’s always confused on remote controls on his house,always mixed up and use the wrong one(s) for each device,so he decided to get a new one on a mega store,instead having a universal remote control for his devices he got a remote control of his ‘Universe’. His live got better at the beginning, he can avoid the bad times by fast forwarding his remote to get to the good times only,later he got problem the auto learning remote control starts to skip most times of his live automatically,even the good times,till finally the end of his life cames before his eyes.
It’s very ‘Us’ isn’t it? Always want the good times and hate the bad times. We forget; without the bad times how can we recognize the good ones? Always complain when it’s raining but take for granted a sunny day! We sometimes ask God to be fair but we thank Him for the goodies only, are we fair for that too?
Actually our life is simple; just live through it! Accept the good and the bad things and situations God presented to us,Ora Et Labora. Do your job at your best and let Him decide and always ask for His guidences and blessings. We will survive. The Almighty will make us survive.
